Ryanair passengers say the airline’s name should be changed to Swineair to reflect its lousy Covid-19 refunds policy.
More than one in five said it took over a month to get a refund and only gave it one star for cleanliness. A common complaint was that Ryanair staff seem to pride themselves on being especially awkward.
A spokesman for Consumer watchdog Which? was brutally frank.
“Ryanair?” he said, “those fuckers are absolute pigs – that’s why we felt we had to highlight passengers demands to call the airline by its rightful name, Swineair!“
